Interested in weekend group runs led by a coach, but aren't able to attend week-day training classes? Sign up for the best plan for you with our supported Saturday adult morning group runs! These runs are included for current registered trainees, so only sign up for this if you are NOT in a current training class.
The Saturday morning group runs will be held at 7:00am April through October and at 7:30am (due to daylight hours) November through March. Location will vary weekly with several Triangle area spots (Umstead, ATT, greenways, and more. Coach will lead everyone through a dynamic warm-up, take attendance (before & after for safety), talk through the route & run directions, and be out on the route during the run. Supported run is 2 hours. Some hydration & fueling will be provided, but be sure to bring additional to ensure you have enough.
Cost of the class is $65 for 3 months, $120 for 6 months, or $230 for 1 year. Can register at any time: no deadline.
Cost includes: 1 coach-led group run (including warm-ups) per week, email access to the coach throughout your registered plan period, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), weekly email with Saturday run route, and hydration & fueling at each run.
Various TRS Coaches will lead these runs. Run communication will come out weekly from Coach Kelly Svihovec.
Program dates: Every Saturday morning! Group run will meet on Saturdays at 7:00AM-9:00AM April through October and at 7:30AM-9:30AM November through March. The group will meet in various Triangle area locations (ex: Umstead, ATT, greenways, & more).

Our Winter 2026 Youth Run Form Clinic is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
Come join us for our Youth Run Form Clinic on Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 1:30-2:30pm at the Mills Park Middle School track & field in Cary!
This 1-hour clinic is focused on teaching young runners ages 9–13 how to improve their running form, which is key to running efficiently and preventing injury. Along with run form, participants will learn essential dynamic warm-up drills and cool-down stretches to support safe and effective training—whether they’re just starting out or already logging miles.
Led by a positive, experienced coach (RRCA and USATF certified), the clinic combines fun technique work and drills designed to help runners move with confidence and efficiency.
Open to ages 9-13. Participants should be able to comfortably run for at least 15 minutes without stopping, (any pace).
This clinic is a great opportunity for young runners to build strong running habits, boost performance, and reduce injury.
Cost of the clinic is $25. No refund and no credit if you drop from the race after registering.

Clinic is capped at 20 participants.
