Triangle Run Smart Training offers group run training classes year-round in the Apex, Cary, & Holly Springs, North Carolina areas. Our goal is to help ALL levels, paces, and ages learn and grow in the sport of running for all distances. We provide top notch coaching, awesome group training all year round, and run education throughout the training season in the form of seminars and knowledge sharing. Current training classes include adult training for beginners through seasoned marathoners and youth training for younger kids' play-based running through the 5K distance. Triangle Run Smart Training began as a collaboration between The Running PTs and Pace Yourself Run Company in January 2020. The program has grown tremendously over 2 years. In the past 5 years, Triangle Run Smart Training has trained over 4000 runners!
Our coaches will meet each runner at your own level to help you improve your fitness. The group training format helps provide motivation and accountability by running with others and being challenged to participate with runners of different skill levels. At the same time, you can easily adjust all of our training plans & workouts to meet YOUR needs. We focus on gradually increasing mileage and intensity to minimize injury risk and keep you running!
